This is what Egg Video collects, why, and who else sees it.
What we collect
- Account: your email address, and your name if you sign in with Google.
- What you make: the prompts, photos, videos and links you give us, and the videos we make for you.
- Payments: your plan, credit history and invoices. Card details go to Stripe and never reach our servers.
- Usage: basic logs (IP address, pages and requests) to keep the service running and stop abuse.
How we use it
To run Egg Video: make your videos, keep your library, charge for credits, send sign-in codes and important account emails, and prevent fraud. We don't sell your data, and we don't use your uploads to train our own models.
Who processes it for us
Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in), Resend (sign-in emails), Cloudflare (file storage and delivery), Railway (hosting), and the AI providers that write scripts and generate images, video and voice (including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Kling, BytePlus and Fish Audio), which receive the prompts and media needed to make each video. Each handles the data only to provide their service to us.
Keeping and deleting
We keep your account and videos while your account is open. To delete your account and everything in it, email [email protected] from the address you sign in with; we'll do it within 30 days, except for payment records we must keep by law.
Cookies
We use cookies for sign-in, sidebar state and interface language. No advertising cookies.
